The Disney fan community is in mourning.
Dominique Brown, who chronicled her love for the brand and its theme parks on her personal page and the @BlackGirlDisney account on Instagram, has died. She was 34.
The influencer died after reportedly experiencing an allergic reaction at a holiday event pop culture merchandise retailer BoxLunch hosted in Los Angeles Dec. 5, according to multiple reports. The official cause of her death was not released.
"We are devastated by the passing of Dominique Brown," a BoxLunch rep told People in a statement on Saturday, Dec. 7, "a beloved member of the BoxLunch Collective, who suffered a medical emergency at an event hosted by BoxLunch on Thursday in Los Angeles."
The statement added, "Our hearts go out to her family and friends, and we will do everything we can to support them and the members of the BoxLunch Collective and our team during this painful time."
Brown's brother, Patrick Ramos, thanked fans for their support after news of his sister's death was made public.
"I wanted to take a moment to say thank you to her social media fam for showing her so much love and light," he wrote Dec. 6 in a comment on the influencer's last Instagram post, shared two days prior. "Disney did bring her joy, but it was unparalleled that she found a community who loved her and Disney as much as she did."
He continued, "I will miss my sister and best friend and that infectious smile she always had. Thank you, truly, from the bottom of my heart."
Brown, who went by the username HellooDomo, received a slew of tributes from fans and fellow influencers.
"The kindest most genuine person in this community …we will miss you Domo," wrote Instagram user @dapperonthedaily. "Thank you for touching our lives with your joy & wit & for being so incredibly welcoming to us all."
User @thatmagicmama added, "One of the kindest people I’ve met in this community. Because we knew you, we have been changed for good."
