The ice roller handle is made of plastic and the roller part that goes in the fridge has a sort of plastic coating with silicone gel balls inside that get nice and cold when kept in the freezer. I use it in the morning after my skincare routine to help absorb product/reduce puffiness, especially under my eyes. Works wonderfully. Make sure to only roll one way in upward strokes on face and not roll back and forth.
The Gua Sha is surprisingly sturdy and an excellent solid material for the affordable price! I was certainly presently surprised by this. I use it mainly in the morning on my face, neck and décolleté to help again with puffiness and lymphatic drainage. Just make sure to follow the guideline on how to properly use the Gua Sha tool! There are several useful and educational videos on YouTube to help you use the tool to make sure you get all the great benefits!

I use the roller again in the morning after washing my face and then use moisturizer only and just do the oils at night. I will keep doing this because I've never gotten this many compliments and this many men asking to buy me drinks haha. HIGHLY recommend.
