I love this little pot. I bought specifically for stove top potpourri/simmer pots and it is perfect for that!I will say, when my pot is going I use it without the lid, I feel like it smells stronger that way. But the lid is nice for when I don’t want the pot going but I’m not ready to throw it away yet. I typically can use my simmer pots for a few days before tossing.I have used on medium heat to bring to a boil and reduced to a simmer without issue.
